Please note that airmail services and many standard courier services are currently suspended to certain destinations, including the UK. Before placing an order, please get in touch so that we can advise.                                                                                             

Hong Kong Delivery

Delivery within Central & Western & Wan Chai is HK$100 per single lamp base/lamp & shade combo/up to two lamp shades. Multiple orders (up to two bases & two shades) is HK$200.

For districts outside these areas (including Stanley, Shek O, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands) delivery is HK$200. Multiple orders (up to two bases & two shades) is HK$400.

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days. We use SF Express or deliver in person. Please allow extra time for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.

International Delivery

Please note: Some overseas postal services out of Hong Kong are subject to delays due to Covid-19. Please get in touch to check prior to placing any order if you need your item/s quickly.

We offer an international flat rate shipping fee of HK$250 for up to three lamp shades and HK$500 per single lamp base.

If ordering a lamp & lamp shade together, your items may arrive separately & be sent via different carriers/methods due to their difference in cubic volume.

Please be aware that you are liable for any duties, customs & taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We may be able to give an estimate of these costs, but can not be held responsible for the final charges.

Returns

Being a small business which is 100% committed to quality and an excellent customer experience, we hope you will have no occasion to return your item.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please get in touch & we will handle your query individually.

We are happy to exchange lamp shades within 10 days of order placement. Please ensure they remain in their original cellophane wrapping.

We will refund or replace any products which arrive damaged.
