'Famille Rose' is a type of Chinese Porcelain which was first introduced in the 18th century.
The design, although originally defined by its use of pale pink ('Rose'), soon began to incorporate other soft pastel colours which were thought to reflect a more European style.
We've paired this delicate green vintage base, which dates from the 1960s, with our pretty pink Carnation Block Print shade.
